Security Sales Manager
Description of Role: Are you a motivated and focused sales person with fantastic communication skills? The successful candidate will have a thirst for driving the business forward. You must be able to manage all leads and create new opportunities, working towards a £1 million annual sales target. You must have experience & knowledge in selling and specifying gates, automation products, automatic doors, barriers and access control. Conversant with the latest safety legislation and guidelines is favourable. To be energetic and help the growth of gate & steel manufacturing department. In addition, you must:
- Have an excellent telephone manner. Able to be friendly, firm and fair.
- Strong Communication skills: Aural, Written & Verbal.
- Always act professionally and with respect for others.
- Be able to work to a high standard on your own initiative.
- Be responsible for your work.
- To always be honest.
- Be reliable, organised and a good time keeper.
- To be conscientious and have a love for learning.
- Have a valid UK Driving License.
- Have long term career aspirations.
In return, we offer:
Starting Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus commission.
